Travel Bucket List – Places to Consider Before You Kicking the Bucket

As per my friend at Austin House Leveling  ,our world offers so many spectacular sights, and it is hard to narrow them down to only seven destinations. These incredible destinations around the globe are all must-visits for everyone’s travel bucket list. Don’t just dream about it – get out there and do it. While a lot of the specifics will vary depending on the person, here are a few suggestions to get you started:

Glacier National Park, Montana

This park offers the chance to see jagged cliffs that rise above the clouds as well as turquoise-hued glacial rivers and lakes. Nicknamed “Crown of the Continent,” this region’s incredible natural wonders may make you feel as if you’ve entered a dream world.

Placencia, Belize

From yoga studios and rum bars to juice bars, this laid-back beach town in southern Belize has something for everyone. Divers, in particular, will like it for its access to the Belize Barrier Reef, where you can even dive with whale sharks at certain points in the season.

Aero Island, Denmark

Get out and go to the tiny fairytale island of Aero for a complete change of scenery. Explore haunted castles such as the sweeping Egeskov Castle or visit the Erikshale beach to see the historical, colorful pint-sized beach houses, and feasting on Danish pastries.

Traveling to Antarctica isn’t simple, but once you get through the waters of Orne Harbor, you’ll be greeted by hundreds of penguins tending their young in this harsh landscape where iceberg peaks rise to over 300 feet from of the sea. Leopard and fur seals, humpback and minke whales, cormorants and albatross are just a few of the other creatures you might encounter.

Valle de Guadeloupe, Mexico

This wine region just south of San Diego is known around the globe for its red blends, but for the most part, the wines aren’t allowed to be exported. Go and try them for yourself, savor the delicious tacos and tortas, and stay at one of the several great new hotels in the area.

South Luangwa Valley, Zambia

Africa has tons of safari options for travelers, but few places offer a better value than Zambia. Stay at one of the small, locally operated bush camps or lodges, and take in the wildlife through boat rides, walking safaris, or night drives.

The Napali Coast of Kauai, Hawaii

Hawaii is known for its magnificent landscapes, but the scene and scale of this rough coastline along the 11-mile Kalalau tracks may top them all. It has a deep green mountains cascade into the ocean in a series of sheer cliffs. You may consider heading up by a helicopter for a birds-eye view if you aren’t up for a challenging trek.

Whether you are looking to take a trip in the near future or if you are still brainstorming for sometime down the line, these are only a few of the many places you should consider visiting in your lifetime.
