Yaxley Estate's owners John and Rebekah Yaxley have joined forces with two other like minded residents in our area to form the company Vines & Designs Pty Ltd.
Vines & Designs is taking over the lease on The Copping Museum and will be opening a rejuvenated venue in mid-November 2011 providing wine tasting from many south east Tasmanian vineyards, quality art and craft from local artisans, a reworked colonial collection, light refreshments and takeaway gourmet deli and pantry goods.
